Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had issues with a leaky roof on my garage, and I found oaklands roofing on google so I called them and within a couple of hours Billy the boss was round to assess the situation.
He told me what was wrong and gave me a price on the spot.
I had a few other local companies come and look but Billy blew me away with how he explained what the issues were and how they would rectify it.
Very impressed with the whole team and in the future I will be recommending them and using them again.
Cheers lads once again

Repairs We Carry Out Every Week

Leaking roof repairs: Water rarely drips where it gets in, so we trace leaks back to their true source. Often it is failed leadwork or a cracked tile several courses away and we will track it down.

Tile and slate replacement: Broken, slipped and missing tiles replaced and matched as closely as possible to the existing roof, with the surrounding area checked so the same fault doesn’t reappear next door to it.

Leadwork repairs: Around chimneys, valleys and junctions, lead does the hard work of keeping water out. When it splits or lifts, we renew it properly.

Emergency repairs: Available seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, 365 days a year. We make the roof safe and watertight first, then agree the permanent fix with you.

Repair or Replace? We Will Tell You Straight

A new roof is a significant investment and in many cases it’s simply not needed yet. Where a repair will genuinely restore your roof’s integrity, we will tell you. Our experience regularly saves St Albans homeowners thousands compared with premature replacement, and when a roof really is finished, we’ll explain why, show you the evidence and quote fairly for the new roof too.

What Do Roof Repairs Cost in St Albans?

Smaller jobs – a few tiles and resealed flashing sit at the very affordable end and are often done in one visit. Costs rise with access difficulties, scaffolding and the extent of hidden damage, which is why we inspect before we price. Every quote is free, written and itemised, and with no deposit required there’s no risk in getting one.
